Texas A&M's freshman phenom defensive end Myles Garrett announced last night that he would be having surgery to repair torn ligaments in his hand that he suffered against Mississippi State.
According to Garrett, he suffered the injury during the Aggies' October 4 game against Mississippi State, meaning he played six games with the torn ligaments. There's no timetable for Garrett's return from surgery, but he is expected to be 100% by fall camp — spring practices are still unknown.
