According to TMZ, someone close to Manziel notes the quarterback is "more reckless" with his drug problem and continues to "blow lines."

"He's in a horrible downward spiral," one source very close to the QB tells TMZ Sports.

"If he continues this way for much longer he will die."

Manziel isn't interested in the thoughts of others, as evidenced by his recent social media messages.

No one should be worries about Manziel's NFL career at this point — they should be concerned about his health and well-being.
