After five-star quarterback Tate Martell decommitted from Texas A&M on Wedneday, we said that the Aggies needed to go on damage control in order to minimize the loss.

Well, they decided to do the opposite.
Texas A&M wide receivers coach Aaron Moorhead tweeted the following just after Martell's decision to decommit.
The full text of the tweet:
"Scared for this next group of kids. There is no accountability and no sense of positivity when it comes to adversity. #selfish #allaboutme"
Yeah, so calling your commits and potential recruits "selfish" is a dumb idea, regardless of what you think about them. The kids responded in kind, as four-star wide receiver Mannie Netherly (6-foot-2, 183 pounds, Crosby, TX) announced his decommitment from Texas A&M.
Somehow, that wasn't all, as five-star athlete and No. 16 overall recruit Tyjon Lindsey (5-foot-9, 180 pounds, Corona, CA) also announced that he will no longer consider the program because of Moorhead's actions.
Maybe Texas A&M and their coaches should try some actual damage control now, because this has been an awful few hours for their recruiting, and it could legitimately be a loss they can't recover from this recruiting cycle.
