The best player in the 2017 draft could be this standout SEC player

Move over Fournette and Watson.

We've still got plenty of time before next year's NFL Draft, and certainly quite a bit can change between now and then.

But as of right now, there's no question that Texas A&M defensive end Myles Garrett is one of the top prospects. And at least one draft analyst believes Garrett reigns supreme, ahead of such talents as quarterback Deshaun Watson and running back Leonard Fournette.

Garrett has drawn praise as a talented defender with supreme athleticism that is more well-rounded than Jadeveon Clowney was coming out of school.

The last part of Brugler's tweet is interesting, noting a drop off, thus suggesting the standout defender is far and away the best prospect. We'll see what Fournette and Watson have to say about that as the season kicks off in just a few short months.
