Three-star Florida CB commit Aaron Robinson flips to Alabama

The Deerfield Beach prospect committed to Florida in June of 2015.

Well, this isn't good. Cornerback Aaron Robinson (6-foot-1, 178 pounds, Deerfield Beach, Fl.) was previously committed to Florida since June of 2015. However during an announcement ceremony at his high school on National Signing Day on Wednesday, he announced that he was flipping to Alabama.

Now the reasoning behind this, when Robinson was asked, is a little bit concerning. Robinson claims that the decomittment from Florida stems from the fact that he never received an in-home visit from head coach Jim McElwain, per the Miami Herald.

Florida's 2016 class currently has four defensive backs, and it's looking like it will likely to stay that way. The big win for McElwain so far on the day was the commitment of the nation's no. 2 ranked wide receiver Tyrie Cleveland, who signed on Wednesday morning. Be sure to follow all things #NSD2016 with our live, National Signing Day page by following this link.
