As the team was huddling up after Monday's practice, one of the coaches was heard saying, "8:30 am registration, 8:30 am... no one is to miss."

Then Shedeur asked, "Registration for what?"

And some responded, "Classes."

Then the quarterback laughed and said, "You know I'm going to the league."

One of the teammates was heard joking with Shedeur, "We got registration man, you coming back next year... we got registration."

"After that last game, y'all not gonna see me," Sanders said.

In eight games this season, Coach Prime's son has thrown for 2,591 yards (220-for-300 completions), to go with 21 passing touchdowns (6 INT's).

Colorado currently has a 6-2 record and are ranked No. 21 in the country. Their upcoming games will be played vs. Texas Tech, Utah, Kansas, and Oklahoma State.

Shedeur's father, NFL Hall of Famer Deion Sanders, has shared many thoughts about his son's possible future destination in the league, while specifically mentioning that he doesn't want him to go anywhere cold.

Rumors have circulated online that the 22-year-old may have a preferred landing spot himself, as someone on X, pointed out, Shedeur has tweeted, "Thank you GOD" after every game the Raiders lost this season.

The skeptics have noted, he may be doing so just because he is grateful it's Sunday, while other users have noted the QB has never posted this after a Raiders (2-7) win.

Considering the possibility of a cryptic message, Sanders may be implying he is happy when the Raiders lose, because it means a higher draft pick for the Las Vegas franchise, and he is currently projected to be a top-3 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
