Wynn revealed that he'll be making the announcement on July 1 in Anderson, SC.
Wynn Jr. is a South Carolina native, but transferred to finish out his prep career at the powerhouse IMG Academy.
Being from the area originally, one would think that the Gamecocks and Will Muschamp have the edge to land the No. 5 SDE in the class of 2018, per 247sports. However, another local school, the Clemson Tigers, had a 27 percent chance of landing Wynn Jr. prior to his top three reveal, per 247sports' Crystal Ball predictions.
The school with the best shot, according to 247sports, the Georgia Bulldogs, made the final cut, so joining Kirby Smart in Athens, GA. may be the most likely scenario as of this writing.
Wynn Jr. excels at disrupting things for opposing defenses and is an expert pass rusher at his position, as he very quick off the line.
Wynn Jr. is the No. 104 player overall in the class of 2018.
