Texas' up-and-down season has led to the will-he-stay-or-will-he-go speculation that Charlie Strong could be done seemingly on a weekly basis.

After wrapping up consecutive wins over Baylor and Texas Tech, all signs point to Strong sticking around with the Longhorns.
But for 247sports' Travis Haney, if Dan Mullen leaves Mississippi State, some coaches and agents reportedly believe Strong would be an "excellent fit."
"That would be bad news for Ole Miss. I know that," an industry source said. "Charlie would dominate recruiting in that state."
After rattling off a 10-5 season, then a 9-4 year last year, Mullen's team has dropped to 4-5 this year, including an awful loss to South Alabama.
In two years at Texas, Strong's teams haven't eclipsed six wins. His squad has rattled off consecutive wins over Baylor at Texas Tech to put his Longhorns in position to finish above .500 for the first time in his tenure.
