The most consistent team over the last 20 years isn't an SEC squad

Not Alabama, Florida or LSU.

Over the last 20 years, there's been plenty of fluctuation over the college football landscape. When it comes to consistency though, no team holds a candle to Ohio State.

Shown in this graphic, the Buckeyes have landed on the AP top 25 a whopping 300 times, 27 times more than second place Florida.

Alabama ranked near the middle when it came to times landed on the top 25. But the Tide's average rank (7.3) narrowly topped Ohio State (7.9), meaning when they were ranked, it was right up near the top.
