Les Miles and LSU had enjoyed the throne on the top of ESPN's 2016 recruiting rankings for quite some time. However, after a big weekend, there is a new school at the top of the rankings: Ohio State.

The Buckeyes have 21 commitments for the 2016 cycle so far, a lot that includes one five-star, 14 four-star, and six three-star by ESPN's rating services. 12 of the Ohio State commits also rank in ESPN's Top 300. Ohio State also took over the lead in the 247Sports team rankings.
LSU moves to No. 2 with 20 commits so far for the cycle. They are followed up by fellow SEC West rival, Ole Miss. Overall, the SEC dominates ESPN's rankings with six schools in the Top 10.
