Two Louisville football players reportedly shot on Saturday night

This is frightening.

According to WDRB out of Kentucky, two Louisville football players were shot at an off-campus party on Saturday night.

The two players, linebackers James Hearns and Henry Famurewa, were among three people injured in a shooting near the Louisville campus. The players were reportedly celebrating Lamar Jackson's Heisman win at the time.

Hearns and Famurewa's injuries are reportedly non-life threatening.

Hearns, a junior, has been one of the most prolific defensive playmakers in the ACC this season. Hearns leads Louisville in tackles for loss (10.0), sacks (8.0), and forced fumbles (5). Hearns had 42 total tackles on the season.

Famurewa, a sophomore, played in nine games this season. He recorded 10 total tackles, three tackles for loss, and two sacks.
