The director of content for Yea Alabama, the University of Alabama's officially approved NIL entity, was arrested as part of a law enforcement operation in Shelby County, Alabama, per WBRC.

According to authorities, Robert Aaron Suttles was among 15 people arrested during an operation conducted July 23 in north Shelby County.
Court records show Suttles was charged with soliciting prostitution after investigators alleged he paid $100 in exchange for sexual activity. Jail records indicate he was booked into the Shelby County Jail on a $1,000 bond and later released.
Suttles has served as director of content for Yea Alabama, producing coverage of Alabama athletics and other Southeastern Conference programs.
Shelby County Drug Task Force Lt. Clayton Smith said the operation was aimed at protecting vulnerable women who may be exploited through prostitution.
"We will not tolerate the victimization of vulnerable women here in Shelby County," Smith said in a statement. "We have a duty to protect them just like any other citizen."
WBRC reported it contacted Yea Alabama for comment but had not received a response as of publication. The University of Alabama said Suttles is not a university employee.
Yea Alabama later clarified that it is not an independent NIL collective but rather the university's officially approved NIL entity for the school's athletics.
The investigation remains ongoing.
