Video of Nick Chubb going through drills at practice shows positive signs

The junior had surgery on his knee last October.

Georgia running back Nick Chubb's status for the Bulldogs' season opener against North Carolina is up in the air, thanks to a knee injury that he suffered during spring football. All eyes were on him on Monday as the Bulldogs opened fall camp. Chubb, who has been participating in some limited running drills as he rehabs the injury to his left knee he had surgery on last October, rushed for 747 yards and seven touchdowns last season. Below, some video was shot of Chubb going through the bags drill on Monday. The video below is courtesy of Radi Nabulsi of UGASports.com.

It's obvious, especially with the brace on his knee, that Chubb doesn't appear to be full-go, given that he has yet to be 100% cleared, but given this recent video, seeing Chubb getting close to being back has to be encouraging for Georgia fans.
