Former Ohio State quarterback and Heisman winner Troy Smith was arrested on Sunday morning for operating a vehicle under the influence, marijuana possession, and improper display of license plates.
TMZ obtained the dash footage of the traffic stop, which shows an allegedly impaired Smith greeting the officers with the statement, "I'm officer." It doesn't get any better for Smith, as he also declares that he graduated from Ohio State "with a degree in Bachelor's". He also failed to recite the alphabet, getting lost after the letter "I".
While the quips can be seen as funny to some extent, it's sad to see Smith intoxicated to the point to where he isn't acting in a normal manner at all.
