Apparently West Virginia believes in dragging things out.

West Virginia reportedly deciding whether to fire Coach Dana Holgorsen https://t.co/914QFIQja4

West Virginia went 7-5 this season and will play Arizona State in the Cactus Bowl on January 2. Head coach Dana Holgorsen has been the head coach since 2010, a year where the Mountaineers went 10-3. However, since then, West Virginia has been on a downward trend. West Virginia has not won more than seven games since that year, which includes a 4-8 campaign in 2013.
While West Virginia may be looking for someone better, it may be too late for this year. Most of the coaching jobs have already been filled this year, which means most of the big names are already off the board. The only thing that West Virginia could hope for is a return of Rich Rodriguez, but even that seems far fetched.
