Ohio State could be in serious trouble as yet another coach could be nabbed away

Keeping the Buckeyes near the top of the college football ranks on a yearly basis is tough as it is.

With plenty of open coaching positions around the country, the focal point has shifted from Nick Saban's staff to Urban Meyer's coaching tree.

Co-defensive coordinator Greg Schiano has been linked to the USF head coaching gig, co-defensive coordinator Luke Fickell is reportedly in negotiations with Cincinnati and special teams coordinator Kerry Coombs could join him. As if the Ohio State wasn't bleeding coaches as it was, new reports detail offensive coordinator Ed Warinner could be on his way out as well.

Former Western Kentucky coach Jeff Brohm left for the Purdue job.

Warinner has spent the last five years as either an offensive coordinator or co-offensive coordinator (he was paired with Texas' Tom Herman).

Keeping the Buckeyes near the top of the college football ranks on a yearly basis is tough as it is. Doing so while replacing not one, but possibly three top coordinators sounds nearly impossible.
