In a game on Thursday against Tennessee Tech, Wofford linebacker Michael Roach collapsed on the sideline and reportedly required medical attention.

Roach was taken by ambulance away from the field, as both teams came together at midfield to pray.

Thankfully, it was later reported that Roach was alert and breathing on his way to the hospital.

There are no reports yet on what may have caused Roach to collapse. For now, though, we can gladly report that he alive, which is a damn good thing to report in a situation that looked very bleak on the field.
