Stats show which the more popular competitive esports games are

The most popular esports tournaments have been revealed, according to a Twitter post by @eSportsCharts. The post details total viewer counts, counts without Chinese viewers, and those of Russian viewers only in three separate posts, which can be viewed in short format here, or on the original Tweets.

These charts leave little guesswork in discovering which tournaments yield the most viewers. League of Legends and Dota 2, predictably, come out on top in global views with Hearthstone trailing behind.

It's not until Chinese fans are removed that Counter-Strike: Global Offensive appears on the chart at all, which suggests that the game is of little interest there. This is likely due to the fact that until very recently CS:GO has not been available in any official format to China.

Russia, meanwhile, shows just as little interest in League of Legends, which, again, probably says more about availability than anything else.
