According to MMAFighting.com, former UFC heavyweight and WWE heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar is in talks to return to the UFC, and to potentially even fight at UFC 200 on July 9 in Las Vegas.

The website mentions that the deals are in talks, but are not close to being finalized.
This would be a huge deal for two reasons, the biggest one being that Lesnar was a huge draw for UFC as the heavyweight champion. For example, Lesnar headlined the UFC 100 pay-per-view (PPV), which is the highest drawing PPV to date for UFC, doing over 1.6 million buys. Lesnar had joined the UFC after leaving WWE and failing to make an NFL squad back in the mid-00s, and his status as the former NCAA wrestling champion helped him become the UFC heavyweight champion.
The other big reason this is a huge deal? Lesnar should still be under contract with WWE, as it was reported that he signed a three-year deal with the wrestling promotion back before WrestleMania 31 in March 2015.
Lesnar was 5-3-0 in his time in UFC, with a nasty bout of diverticulitis taking away from his fighting abilities. The sickness eventually led him back to WWE in 2012, where the lesser physical demands allowed him to recuperate.
If this deal is done, though, Lesnar, 39, will get a chance to return to the octagon at full strength.
