Conor McGregor and Ronda Rousey quickly shot up as two of the biggest stars in the UFC over the past year. Coincidentally both won titles, suffered their first respective losses in the UFC and had plans to film movies.
After McGregor was choked out by Nate Diaz at UFC 196, the featherweight champion is re-dedicating himself to his craft and removing any distractions. That includes bolting from his appearance in Vin Diesel's XXX movie.
Rousey, on the other hand, has continued filming her handful of movies this summer and isn't expected to return to the UFC until the fall, where she'll work to get her bantamweight crown back.
