You can't help but think this guy got what was coming to him. Throwing you hands up while getting punched in the face is "cool," sure. It's akin to saying "Your punches tickle."

Which would have been believable, considering this guy was no small fellow. Instead, all of those punches to the head cause more damage than he thought because the moment he dropped his hands, he followed suit, right on to the canvas. This wasn't just a knock down either.
This guy wasn't getting up without the use of smelling salts. Or maybe a stretcher.
