MMA fighter's face looks absolutely disfigured after beating -- and he still won

Warning: This is really hard to look at.

Warning: This is really, really, hard to look at.

Does this look like the face of a winner?

Light heavyweight Patrick Cummins took part at UFC on Fox 25 Saturday night, and even though he won a split decision over New Yorker Gian Villante, it looks like he lost the war:

At least he had a sense of humor, writing, "one more time, for the ladies," in a selfie he said he took from an ambulance.

And, here's another view.

It's not the first time Cummins has taken an ambulance selfie. He did so back in April, after another narrow, and bloody, victory:

The 36-year-old has won his last two bouts, a nice turnaround after losing three of four. He's now 10-4 in his career, but more importantly, seems to have turned his life around.

"I was homeless for a while," he told  MMA Fighting in a recent interview. "Not on the street, but 'Hey can I stay with you' for a while. [Now] I'm good. I had a fight recently, so I'm okay. I was coming off of two losses, I was a year in between fights, and that's my income, you know what I mean? So it was hard. When you lose, you make half the money than if you won. And so I was hurting."
