The Undertaker returned to WWE television on Tuesday for the first time in six months, as the Deadman made a special appearance on the 900th episode of SmackDown Live.
The big surprise of Undertaker's appearance, though? He didn't make it sound like this was going to be a one-off appearance, as he had just two words to say about why he was suddenly appearing on SmackDown.
"I'm back."
The Undertaker also had a warning for Team SmackDown ahead of their match against Team RAW at Survivor Series: "But if you fail [at Survivor Series], you will have reason to fear The Deadman!"

The fun speculation is that the Undertaker was coming in to set up his next match at WrestleMania 33 in early April, but now the rumors going around are that the outcome of the Survivor Series match will set up for Undertaker's next contest... at the Royal Rumble in January.
A match that we haven't seen before that would be very convenient for WWE trying to fill up a 60,000-plus seat Alamodome for the Royal Rumble? The Undertaker versus and opponent he has never faced before: WWE World Champion A.J. Styles.
Styles is generally regarded as one of the best in-ring wrestlers in the world, and he would likely be able to get a very compelling match out of the 51-year old Undertaker at this point. Styles is noted for his intense, high-flying repertoire, and him against Undertaker is probably something the WWE needs to do if they don't want to save it for WrestleMania.
Get ready for a fun few months of WWE television, folks.
