WWE's Backlash show is set to take place in Chicago on Sunday, where surprising No. 1 contender Jinder Mahal will take on Randy Orton for the WWE Championship. Mahal, who recently moved from RAW to SmackDown Live, won the title shot in a six-pack challenge match after being relatively unused for the past year. The match will be Mahal's first chance at a major WWE title.

Other big matches on the card include Shinsuke Nakamura's SmackDown LIVE debut against Dolph Ziggler. The United States championship will also be defended, as champion Kevin Owens will defend against A.J. Styles in what should be the best match on the show.
