WWE wrestler Dolph Ziggler's brother is in some serious trouble, after Cleveland.com reports 29-year-old Donald Nemeth is wanted for aggravated murder in connection with a shooting in January.

"Nemeth shot 34-year-old Joshua Mascol on Jan. 23 at University Hotel and Suites, police said. Nemeth tried to rob Mascol before the shooting, court documents say.
Mascol was found shot in a seventh-floor hallway, where paramedics pronounced him dead."
According to the report, Nemeth was not in custody Wednesday.
Ziggler is a former WWE champion, losing the belt after suffering a real-life concussion mere months later. He hasn't been able to regain the top spot in WWE, as he's been relegated to the mid-card ever since.
