The first Happy Gilmore featured late The Price is Right host Bob Barker and a few other notables. Could the next include two of the biggest names in golf? That would be none other than Tiger Woods and John Daly. Hey, anything is possible, hinted Happy star and producer Adam Sandler.

The Gilmore guy admitted he's still finessing the sequel to the 1996 smash hit in an interview on the Dan Patrick Show.
"I would love it. We'll see,' Sandler said as Patrick floated the idea of Woods making an appearance. "I'm gonna write all my dreams and then you never know what's gonna happen."
Woods and Daly are tight, by the way. So who knows?
Per the Daily Mail:
"Sandler also revealed that John Daly could make a cameo after providing inspiration for storylines.
"The star of the screen said that longtime collaborator Tim Herlihy headed down to Louisville, Kentucky for the PGA Championship last week where he chatted with the cigarette-puffing, diet coke-chugging two-time major winner.
"''I would like to think so,' Sandler said of Daly when Patrick asked if the golfer would have a role in the movie. 'I love him. I've always loved him.'"
Sandler, 57, told Patrick that the new Happy flick will center around his character "being a little older now and still trying to compete with the youngsters."
Netflix will exclusively show the Happy Gilmore sequel, it announced in May. No release date is set.
