Donald Trump Officially Challenges Joe Biden To $1 Million Charity Golf Match

During the U.S. presidential debate, there was a back-and-forth between President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump, where each candidate claimed they could beat the other in a round of golf.

And now this might become a reality, as Trump, 78, spoke about setting up a $1 million charity golf event to challenge Biden, 81.

"I'm also officially challenging crooked Joe to an 18-hole golf match right here on Doral's Blue Monster, considered one of the greatest tournament golf courses anywhere in the world, one of the great courses of the world," Trump said while at his own Doral golf course in south Florida.

"It will be among the most-watched sporting events in history. Maybe bigger than the Ryder Cup or even the Masters."

Biden originally claimed during the presidential debate that he had a +6 golf handicap, which is actually really impressive.

"Look I'd be happy to have a driving contest with him," President Joe Biden said to Trump. "I'll remind you I got my handicap when I was vice president down to a six."

Trump was buying it, as he responded to Biden, "I've seen your swing, I know how you swing."

Trump is so confident that he is willing to give Biden an advantage.

"And I will even give Joe Biden 10 strokes a side. Ten strokes, that's a lot. That means 20 strokes, in case you don't play golf. And if he wins, I will give the charity of his choice, any charity of his choice, $1 million. And I'll bet you he doesn't take the offer."

With that being said, Biden may need some convincing, as his campaign team said he may not be willing to take on the challenge, as he's apparently busy.

"Joe Biden doesn't have time for Donald Trump's weird antics - he's busy leading America and defending the free world."
