Captain Keegan Bradley rolled out the roster for the event at Bethpage Black, the first time the New York course will host golf's biggest rivalry. Europe has owned the matchup lately, winning eight of the last 11. Bradley's job? Stop the bleeding.
Here's who's in: Scottie Scheffler, J.J. Spaun, Xander Schauffele, Russell Henley, Harris English and Bryson DeChambeau all qualified via points. Bradley then used his captain's picks on Sam Burns, Patrick Cantlay, Ben Griffin, Collin Morikawa, Justin Thomas and Cameron Young. Noticeably absent? Himself.

Bradley, ranked No. 11 in the world, left his own name off the roster. "All six are incredibly talented and deserving," he said in the announcement. "Our team features a strong blend of Ryder Cup veterans and rookies, each bringing unique strengths."
Spiranac wasn't buying it. With her five million-plus followers, she voiced what plenty of fans were thinking: Keegan should be playing.
"Back to back Ryder Cups where Keegan should have been playing in my opinion," she wrote on X. "I understand why he picked the team first but I wish he wasn't given the captaincy this year so he had the opportunity to play."

She's not alone. Donald Trump chimed in on Truth Social, saying Bradley should "DEFINITELY" be a playing captain. He called Bradley "an AMAZING guy" and confirmed he'll attend the event on Sept. 26.
For context, there's only been one playing captain in Ryder Cup history: Arnold Palmer in 1963. Bradley had the chance to be the second. Instead, he'll stick to picking lineups — and watch his own clubs stay in the bag.
