The golf influencer, former professional player, and social media sensation announced that she's joining the front office of the Grass League, a fast-growing par-3 golf league entering its second season. Spiranac revealed the news on her YouTube channel, calling it the next step in her evolving role in the sport.
"I am joining the front office at Grass League, yay!" Spiranac said in the video. "I will be focusing on brand development, fan engagement, marketing, content strategy, seeking out new talent, team owners, and acquiring sponsorships."
In other words, she's not just lending her name — she's rolling up her sleeves.
The Grass League confirmed the news in a post on social media, calling Spiranac "THE OG golf influencer" and praising her as a golfer, businesswoman, and "incredible mind for new age sports media."
Founded in 2023, the Grass League blends elements of pro golf with a team-based format, shorter par-3 holes, and a high-stakes atmosphere. The inaugural season was staged entirely in Tempe, Arizona, but the league has since expanded westward, hosting a tournament in California. Events are broadcast live on the Golf Channel.
"This is really exciting for me, and I feel like it is part of this next development and stage of my career," Spiranac said. "But don't you worry, this will not take away from anything else that I'm currently doing. It is only going to add to it."
Spiranac, 31, has become one of golf's most recognizable faces, thanks in part to her blend of golf content, commentary, and a massive following across social platforms. A former Division I golfer at both the University of Arizona and San Diego State, she earned All-Mountain West honors in consecutive seasons and helped lead the Aztecs to their first conference title in 2015.
Now, she's shifting focus from the green to the grassroots, helping to build a league that wants to reimagine how the sport is played and consumed. The Grass League currently features 11 franchises, with the San Diego Munis leading the standings at 753 points.
With Spiranac now part of the brain trust, the league is betting that her influence off the course can match the attention she's long generated on it.
