Influencer and model Paige Spiranac is mostly known for being wildly attractive, but in this instance, she is spitting out her knowledge of golf. Or more specifically, the PGA Championship.
And she thinks Rory McIlroy is among those who have a great shot to win the major in Louisville, Kentucky — despite his well-publicized divorce from model Erica Stoll. The couple has been married for seven years.
"Everyone seems to have their money on Rory McIlroy at +600 and I can see why. He seems to have his swagger back after a dominating performance last week, and when Rory has confidence and a little pep in his step, there is no one who is more fun to watch play golf than him," Spiranac said Wednesday in a video on X.
"But as we know, he filed for divorce on Monday, half of the people are saying he is free and ready to go win and play at a course he loves like Valhalla, and the other half is saying that could put a lot of stress and pressure on him. I think that Rory plays well when he has a little bit of a chip on his shoulder and he is my favorite for this week."

Spiranac, a professional golfer herself, does always seem to have her opinions on everything about the game, particularly when it comes to the majors. She is more than just a pretty face, her fans will tell you. She also knows golf.
That is actually the coolest part about Spiranac to a lot of people. Others, of course, enjoy watching her for more superficial reasons. Either way, it will be interesting to see if McIlroy can overcome his recent dose of bad news to stay in the running in Kentucky.
