The report, written by veteran golf journalist Alan Shipnuck, includes interviews with 19 sources and centers largely on allegations made by Ashley Perez, the former wife of PGA Tour veteran Pat Perez.
Ashley Perez alleged that during the 2015 Barclays tournament, Mickelson showed her a nude photo of himself on his phone and made an unwanted sexual advance while the couples were staying at the same golf property. She said she later told her husband, who eventually confronted Mickelson about the incident.

Shipnuck reported that Mickelson later apologized to Pat Perez on more than one occasion. According to the story, Ashley Perez also retained a recording of one of those conversations.
The report also details allegations from another woman, who claimed Mickelson made repeated sexually explicit comments toward her during a dinner with friends, as well as claims regarding his departures from multiple private golf clubs in California.
Through his attorney, Mickelson disputed portions of the report.
"Some of the allegations circulating about Mr. Mickelson are false, and others revisit mistakes he has already acknowledged, publicly or privately," a spokeswoman said in a statement provided to Skratch Golf. She added that Mickelson's current priority is focusing on "a private family health matter" while continuing his personal recovery.
Mickelson, 55, is a six-time major champion and one of the most accomplished golfers of his generation. He has competed on LIV Golf since 2022.
