In a statement shared on social media, the company said Rizzo died following cardiac arrest related to a recently diagnosed heart condition.
"It's with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Dylan Rizzo," the company wrote. "Dylan's vision shaped every color, every design, and every piece of content we created, leaving a lasting mark on the brand and everyone who worked alongside him."
Tour Caddy was founded by Rizzo, Chase Maasdorp and Josh Champion. The company is known for its hands-free golf ball dispenser, which is designed for use at driving ranges, golf simulators and backyard practice setups.
According to the company's website, Tour Caddy developed what it describes as the world's first luxury, motion-activated golf ball dispenser, combining automatic ball delivery with the appearance of a premium golf bag.
The company said Rizzo's impact extended far beyond the business itself.
"More importantly, Dylan was a man of deep faith, a devoted husband to Layne, and a loving father to Redding," the statement read.
Tour Caddy also asked supporters to keep Rizzo's family in their thoughts and prayers.
The company credited Rizzo with helping build the brand from the ground up and said it plans to continue honoring his legacy through its future work.
No additional details regarding funeral arrangements or memorial services were included in the announcement.
Rizzo is survived by his wife, Layne, and their son, Redding.
