The 50-year-old was arrested following a rollover crash near his Florida home and charged with DUI with property damage, along with refusing to submit to a lawful test. Now, people close to him are raising concerns about where things stand.

According to a source who spoke with PEOPLE, Woods "needs to get real" about his situation. The concern isn't just the arrest. It's the bigger picture.

"He hasn't looked in the mirror and said, 'You're 50 years old and need to act like it,'" the source said, pointing to frustration tied to injuries, aging, and his current state of health.

There's also attention on his relationship with Vanessa Trump, which insiders describe as serious and intense.

Woods has been trying to work his way back to competing in majors like the Masters, but those close to him believe he needs to adjust expectations. The source added that he's still dealing with lingering emotional weight, including the loss of his father years ago.

Despite everything, there's belief he can turn things around.

"People do like Tiger," the source said. "He is a good person."

Police said Woods showed signs of impairment at the scene, though alcohol was not detected. He later posted zeroes on a breathalyzer before being released.

The talent is still there. The question now is everything else around it.
