Baseball could use some extra excitement during games and one way to do that might be more lively umpire. This guy had the right idea when he umpired a little league game.
This is the way guys should be called out. I'm sure players wouldn't mind getting called on a third strike if someone yelled "2 CHAINZZZZ!!!!" or some other random phrase every time that happened. It might even encourage guys to swing at that third strike more often too!
