According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Shannon Kobylarczyk was fired from ManpowerGroup after a video went viral showing her shouting "Call ICE" at a Latino Dodgers fan during Tuesday night's game at American Family Field. She also resigned from her position on the Make-A-Wish Wisconsin board of directors.

The incident unfolded when Ricardo Fosado, a Los Angeles resident and Navy veteran of Mexican heritage, began recording a video and asked nearby Brewers fans, "Why is everybody quiet?"

Kobylarczyk responded with an insult, then tapped another fan and said, "Call ICE."

Fosado replied on camera, "Call ICE. I'm a U.S. citizen. War veteran, baby girl. Two wars. ICE is not gonna do nothing to me."

Fosado later told the Journal Sentinel that while Kobylarczyk's comment was offensive, he doesn't believe she should have been fired.

"We cannot be judged on one mistake and a lot of emotions were involved. It was just hurt feelings, nobody physically hurt anybody," he said.

ManpowerGroup released a statement confirming Kobylarczyk "is no longer with the organization" following an investigation. The company initially placed her on leave before deciding to terminate her employment.

The Dodgers went on to win the game 5-1, taking a 2-0 lead in the NLCS as the series shifts to Los Angeles.
