Former MLB Pitchers Patrick Mahomes Sr. And John Rocker Have Official Fight Announced Following Bourbon Street Squabble

Former MLB pitchers Patrick Mahomes Sr. and John Rocker evidently still don't like each other since their playing days from 25+ years ago, as they were recently seen getting into an altercation in New Orleans during Super Bowl LIX weekend.

In reaction to their squabble that took place on Bourbon Street, both Mahomes Sr. and Rocker traded shots on social media.

Rocker addressed the incident on X, in which he wrote: "This f***ing loser can't take a d***  joke. Wish I laid him out right there and ruined his bulls*** weekend even more."

Mahomes said, "You really haven't changed one bit in the last 25 years. Keep my name out your loud mouth."

While Rocker responded, "You wouldn't have had the balls to say that to my face the other night. Lanky a** clown."

In view of all the bickering, Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy announced that both of them signed paperwork to participate in an official fight, as seemingly the only way for them to settle this is in the ring.

"I guess they f***ing hated each other since their playing days, baseball," Portnoy said in the announcement video. "I mean, I guess not surprising. Everyone has beef with John Rocker."

Portnoy also referenced that the 3x Super Bowl winning quarterback Patrick Mahomes Jr. doesn't like Barstool, but still offered him an invite to see his dad fight.

Scheduled for April 19, if everything goes according to plan, Mahomes and Rocker will face off vs. each other in a Barstool presented Rough N' Rowdy bout in Wheeling, West Virginia.
