Giancarlo Stanton is a homerun machine having just hit his 10th of the season and when he does it, he leaves no chance of that ball getting back into the stadium. He rockets almost every homerun of his and the latest one went clear out of the Miami Marlins' stadium for the longest long ball of the season. The hit led the Marlins to a 6-4 win over the Phillies on Friday.

That hit was the league's 2nd-longest homerun in the majors since Stanton debuted in 2010. The longest homer? A 494-foot bomb by none other than Stanton. May the baseball gods forever look favorably upon Stanton so that we may be treated to his expert slugging for years to come.
