Watch the 14th anniversary of Luis Gonzalez game-winning hit in game 7 of 2001 World Series

Back when the Yankees were the Yankees and going for their fourth straight World Series title, they were the team that everyone loved to hate. And that's what made this moment oh so sweet.

After losing the first two games of the series, New York stormed back to level things at 2-2 and then took game five before Arizona crushed the Yanks in game 6, setting up the dramatic conclusion.

The Yanks took a 2-1 lead into the 9th inning with Hall of Fame reliever Mario Gonzalez on the mound. But the Bronx Bombers were denied when the Diamondbacks rallied to load the bases and Luis Gonzalez hit this RBI single to give Arizona its first title.
