But there is some good news. Sources tell TMZ that Norris is in good spirits.

In fact, just a day earlier, he was reportedly training and even joking around with a friend on the phone. Not exactly the picture of someone slowing down.

And honestly, that tracks. Norris just celebrated his 86th birthday earlier this month and marked it by posting a video of himself sparring with a trainer. At 86.

That's Chuck Norris for you.

Long before becoming an internet legend, Norris built a real-life résumé that backed it all up. After serving in the U.S. Air Force, he became a martial arts champion and created his own discipline, Chun Kuk Do. From there, he transitioned into Hollywood and never looked back.

He broke through alongside Bruce Lee in The Way of the Dragon and went on to star in a string of action hits like Missing in Action, The Delta Force, and Lone Wolf McQuade. He later became a household name with Walker, Texas Ranger.

Then came the internet era, where "Chuck Norris facts" turned him into a pop culture icon all over again.

Now, fans are just hoping for a quick recovery. Because if there's anyone you expect to bounce back, it's Chuck Norris.
