At only 19 years old, he was an inspirational athlete to many, as his trainer Lucas Chegatti said he had a bright future.
"He had a brilliant future ahead of him as a respected athlete."
Notably, Pavlak started his incredible body transformation as a result of being motivated to overcome obesity, that he dealt with at a young age. Through resilience and hard work, he proved to the world that you can become better by taking the right steps to exercise and eat healthy.
Pavlak shared his body transformation journey on an Instagram post, and when translated from Portuguese, the caption read, "No matter how difficult or impossible your dream is, if you really want it, you will get there. I have arrived!!"
To point out, four years ago as a young teenager, Pavlak began bodybuilding, and he found success with 4th and 6th place finishes at regional competitions in Brazil.
Ultimately, his best accomplishment came when he won the U23 contest last year.
"I don't have words to say the weight it has in my heart," Pavlak's trainer Chegatti said. "I was his first coach and I'm very proud to have had the opportunity to take care of him as a son."
In view of the tragedy, the fitness and bodybuilding community are mourning the loss of one of their own.
