A Johns Hopkins University athlete was found dead near campus, and police are trying to unravel what happened.

Abigail Bastien, a Sandusky, OH. native, was found dead just north of campus on Thursday, according to university officials, She was only 19-years-old

Bastien was found on the street, according to the Baltimore Sun. There was no evidence of foul play, and police are still investigating what happened, according to the Sun.
Bastien was a sprinter on the track team. As a freshman, her times ranked in the team's top 10 in the 60, 200, and 400 meter dashes, according to the Johns Hopkins site.
