Daredevils exercise their "abilities" in different ways, and in this instance, a young man decides to leap off the London Tower Bridge... for no reason.
Predictably, things go quite poorly, as the man seems to basically roll over the side of the wall, potentially even striking the side of the bridge on the long drop to the water. From there, he needs the benefit of rescue personnel in order to survive the fall and subsequent swimming exercise, and in general, this is an enormous failure.
On the bright side, he didn't die. Perhaps this man will reevaluate his choices the next time around, but in this case, I wouldn't be so sure.
