A 55-year-old man was killed Friday when a 15-foot trailer came unhitched after hitting a bump in the road and hit the man, killing him instantly.
According to witnesses, Kevin Jordan was watching porn on his phone as he walked along a Memphis, T.N. sidewalk before being struck by the runaway trailer. Jordan's had several run-in's with the law, being convicted of five rape charges, stemming from the 90s.
He was released on good behavior though he was arrested last year for indecent exposure.
The driver of the Dodge Ram which was hauling the trailer, has not been cited, pending an investigation.
