Sports Business Daily says that some talents took a paycut, but that others did not and were let go by the network. However, per several reports, those that were let go will still have their contracts honored.
ESPN is facing several controversies for their layoffs, including Ed Werder being asked to cover the NFL Draft despite already being told he had been laid off. Even worse, it doesn't look like the cuts are over and plenty more controversies could be coming.
