Famous bodybuilder from Belarus, Illia Yefimchyk, aka "Golem," has tragically passed away at the age of 36.
According to reports, on September 6, Yefimchyk was at home with his wife, when he suffered a heart attack.
While being flown to the hospital by helicopter, he suffered a coma, and unfortunately on Wednesday (September 11) he was pronounced dead.

Yefimchyk's wife, Anna, who did everything she could to save him, by performing chest compressions prior to the first responders arriving, gave a statement.
"I spent every day by his side, hoping, and his heart started beating again for two days, but the doctor gave me the terrible news that his brain had died."
Otherwise known as both "The Mutant" and "Most Monstrous Bodybuilder," Yefimchyk had a well-esteemed career, without competing professionally, as he had over 300k followers on Instagram, and was viewed as a popular social media influencer in the bodybuilding community.

Standing 6-foot-1 inch tall, Yefimchyk's personal bests in the weight room are some of the highest ever recorded, as he once incredibly hit a 600-pound bench press, as well 700 pounds on both the deadlift and squat.
In view of Yefimchyk's diet, he ate seven times a day, and could eat as much as five pounds of steak and 100+ pieces of sushi, taking in as much as 16,500 calories daily.
"I thank everyone for their condolences," wife Anna said. "It's very heartwarming to realize that I am not left alone in this world, and so many people have offered me help and support."
