Pickleball Player Who Got Kicked In The Face Will Not Press Charges

Pickleball is apparently a pretty serious sport, but not all players show good sportsmanship. There is footage of a tournament game being played this past weekend, and after the losing team lost on the final point, one guy kicked his opponent in the face.

As could be seen in the video, when the four players met at the center pickleball court net, an incident occurred between the guy in the pink shorts and the winning player who was yelling, "come on."

Instead of shaking hands, the pink shorts guy had his paddle knocked out of his hand. That is, he retaliated by kicking the guy, who has been identified as Peter.

The teammate immediately rushed to confront the sore loser. According to reports, after getting kicked in the jaw, Peter laid on the ground for quite some time as others rushed over to help him.

Unfortunately, he experienced some memory loss from getting knocked out, but ultimately sustained no serious injuries and has decided not to press charges.

No matter what, Justice will be served as the Kitchen Pickleball account mentioned that he "most likely will be banned from all tournaments moving forward."

All in all, most of the reactions from fans were not particularly on Peter's side though, as he initially knocked the paddle down.

One pickleball fan wrote, "actions have consequences."

Either way, kicking a defenseless person is always the wrong thing to do, no matter the situation.
