The most common types of hernia are inguinal (inner groin), incisional (resulting from an incision), femoral (outer groin), umbilical (belly button), and hiatal (upper stomach).
This, doesn't seem to be that because that I think I could handle. It looks like someone's making jiffy-pop in his gut! Thankfully this guy had a successful surgery. Since heavy weight lifting can be one of the causes for hernias, it's time to reduce those squat numbers, pal.
