In terms of weightlifting, squats are probably the truest measure of brute strength—-next to maybe the bench press.

Funny thing is, we've all seen guys that can squat ludicrous weight and they're pretty much all built like the dude's that pull tractor trailers in those strongman competitions. Except for this 17-year-old kid. He goes by the nickname "Goku"and here he's on video squatting a whopping 596 pounds.
