Cops Seeking Fan Who Was Clocked By Brother Of Nikola Jokic

Denver police are actively seeking the fan who was punched by one of the older brothers of Nuggets star Nikola Jokic on Tuesday at Ball Arena, TMZ reported.

The Nuggets beat the Los Angeles Lakers, 101-99, on a last-second jumper by Jamal Murray. It's unclear when the incident involving Jokic's brother occurred or what led to the confrontation. It is believed the victim was a fan of the Lakers, who clearly was in enemy territory.

Strahinja and Nemanja Jokic have attended Nuggets games for years in support of their brother, a candidate to win his third NBA MVP award.

Police are presumably looking for the victim for questioning, not because he did anything wrong. But it could lead to trouble for Jokic's brother.

The NBA is also investigating the altercation, league sources told FanBuzz. It's unclear what sparked the altercation, but one thing's for sure — Jokic's brother made sure to end it fairly quickly.

When it comes to the Lakers and their fans, it seems, the Jokic bros. just keep delivering knockout blows. Of course, it was Murray who hit the buzzer-beater to knock out LA on Monday night. And now, the Lakers are staggered. Sort of like that guy in the stands.

The Nuggets hold a 2-0 edge in the series as it shifts to LA. They've beaten the Lakers a whopping 10 straight times.

Meanwhile, Jokic's brothers have been known to get involved in little flareups in previous games, though as far as we know, this is the first time it got physical.
