Dwyane Wade will reportedly sign with the Cleveland Cavaliers once he clears waivers on Wednesday, league sources confirmed to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Wojnarowski had previously reported that Wade was "nearing a commitment to sign with Cleveland" and could possibly make his "decision as soon as Wednesday."
He will reportedly sign a one-year, $2.3 million veteran's minimum contract as a free agent, league sources said.
The move reunites 35-year old and 12-time All-Star with former Heat teammate LeBron James and would give Wade a legitimate shot at another title before he eventually retires in the next few years.
The former All-Star averaged a career-low (outside of his rookie season) 18.3 points a game as well as 1.4 steals, 3.8 assists and 4.5 rebounds last season during his only season with the Chicago Bulls, who finished eighth in the Eastern Conference and were eliminated by the Boston Celtics in the first round of the NBA Playoffs.
